We will accept all Returns/Refunds requests with replacement of the products or reversal of the full amount paid by our esteemed customer within 7 days from the receipt of the product.
We request you to please ensure before placing a return/refund/ cancellation request that the delivered product is unused, unopened and must be in the same condition as received. Also, make sure the product has to be in its original packaging.
Under what conditions return/ replacement requests will be accepted?
Wrong/Expired product delivered.
Product is Damaged– Physical damage/ Tampered/Leaked product or packaging
Incomplete order – missing some products from your order
Return/replacement requests will not be accepted if?
Opened or used products.
The original packaging missing.
You can send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with clear images of the products you want to return or exchange.
Once we received a return request we try to arrange to pick up the item. If your area is not serviceable by our courier partner then the customer has to send the product unused/sealed and packed in original packaging within 7 days of purchase. Shipping costs that occur in the return process are non-refundable.
Once the product is brought back to our seller where it is checked by seller's quality check team. Once the product passes all necessary quality control checks, a refund is processed automatically to the original method of payment, credit will reflect in your account within 5-7 working days or as per the bank's policy.
